At Ilaichi, we craft every outfit with love, detail, and utmost care. However, if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help with a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process.

Eligibililty for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, stains, damage, or custom alterations are not eligible.
  

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to availability of size/style.
• If the required product is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Return Process

1. Submit a return/exchange request on our customer support mail with reason for return.
2. Our team will review and approve the request if eligible.
3. The product must be shipped back to us using a reliable courier service.
4. Once received and quality-checked, we will process your exchange or store credit.
   

Refunds

• We currently do not offer cash refunds.
  
• Eligible returns will be issued store credit, valid for future purchases till 365 days.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos. We will arrange a quick replacement.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
