1. Order Processing Time

  • All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on the products in your order.   

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery time begins after dispatch and varies by location and courier transit speed: 
    • 5–7 business days for metro cities
    • 7–10 business days for other locations 
  • Delivery may take longer due to festivals, natural calamities, or unforeseen courier delays.   

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees depend on package weight and delivery location.
  • Free Shipping may be offered during special promotions or on selected products.
  • Additional charges apply for COD and return/exchange pickup arrangements.
  • In case of partial cancellations, shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Packaging & Safety

  • Every Ilaichi order is packed carefully to withstand weather and transit conditions.
  • If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please capture clear photos before opening and share them with us along with your order ID at our support email. Our team will assist you immediately.  

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you can track your package in the Orders section.
  • You can follow your order in real-time until it arrives.  

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers typically make two delivery attempts.
  • If unreachable, the parcel may be returned to us — we will help coordinate re-shipping.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure all address and contact details are accurate during checkout.
  • Ilaichi cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information.

9. Out-of-Stock & Custom Orders

  • As our pieces are exclusive and limited, certain out-of-stock items may be available on request.   

10. Order Not Received

  • If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the parcel within 48 hours, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and assist.
